Señor Pepe's Paella catering understands the importance of the perfect wedding. We work seamlessly to create and customize the perfect paella menu for you and your guests. We coordinate with you and your wedding planner a date to schedule a tasting (if required) to create the perfect paella dish!
We understand that wedding receptions are more formal events that require a higher level of attention, time, and preparation.
Our packages include your choice of our delicious paella prepared onsite in front of your guests and served with a tossed green salad and dinner roll We also offer packages that include one of our imported Spanish tapas (appetizer) for each guest.
Each package includes quality disposable plates (white plastic) and eating utensils at no additional charge. We show up two hours prior to the time you want the paella ready for serving, set up our equipment, begin to cook at our work station and serve buffet style the number of plates ordered at the scheduled time requested.
Priced from $38.00 to $75.00 per person based on the type of paella ordered and number of guest. (20 person minimum). Pricing does not include gratuity or tax.
Additional charges such as: (additional staff, clearing tables, picking up trash, placing trash in dumpster, venue fees, staying at venue until event ends, late serve, overnight service fee, set up fee, tolls, travel fee, etc.) may be required to cater event based on location of venue, venue rules and regulations and total number of guests.
Paella Valenciana: (chicken & Spanish chorizo) Saffron infused chicken broth, imported bomba rice, chicken, Spanish chorizo, green beans, butter beans, tomato sofrito (puree), diced onions, garlic and garnished with fire roasted red peppers, artichokes, green peas and rosemary. $54.00 per person with tapa (appetizer) / $44.00 per person without (appetizer)
Paella de Marisco (seafood) Saffron infused seafood broth, imported bomba rice, large shrimp, fish, large sea scallops, New Zealand green mussels, clams, squid, green beans, carrots, onions, garlic, tomato sofrito (puree) and garnished with fire roasted red piquillo peppers, green peas, rosemary and lemon wedges. $60.00 per person with tapa / $50.00 per person without tapa (appetizer)
Paella de Marisco with lobster tail one 4oz lobster tail per guest / $65.00 per person.
Paella Mixta (meat & seafood) Saffron infused chicken broth, bomba rice, boneless chicken, Spanish chorizo, shrimp, fish, sea scallops, squid, mussels, clams, green beans, carrots, tomato sofrito, onions, garlic, and garnished with fire roasted red peppers, green peas, rosemary and lemon wedges. $66.00 per person with tapa (appetizer) / $56.00 per person without tapa (appetizer)

Arroz con pollo (yellow rice & chicken), Jambalaya, Paella de Bistec (thinly sliced top sirloin steak), Paella Campesina (farmers rice made with chicken, pork, ham and Spanish chorizo) and many other rice dishes all cooked on-site please call for pricing.
