Prepared exclusively for a small private party at your home, office or any outdoor location that will serve up to 14 guest. We prepare the paella of your choice on-site. Paella is served with a tossed green salad, balsamic vinaigrette dressing and dinner roll. We also provide all standard disposable plates, napkins and eating utensils. Our traditional paella can only be prepared on site. (weather permitting).

Paella Valenciana: (chicken & Spanish chorizo)

Saffron infused freshly made chicken broth, imported bomba rice, chicken , Spanish chorizo (sausage) green beans, onions, garlic, tomato puree (sofrito) garnished with fire roasted red peppers, artichokes, green peas and rosemary.

Authentic Paella Valenciana (chicken, rabbit and snails)
